Single Side Polished Wafers
We are a leading supplier of prime & standard silicon substrates for testing and production quantities as low as 10-25 quantities and and >1k for production runs. These wafers range from 25.4mm to 150.0mm in diameter.
Double Side Polished Wafers
Most DSP wafers are made to obtain low TTV, ULTRATHIN(R) or two sided devices. These wafers range from 25.4mm to 150.0mm in diameter.
Silicon Ingots
Due to low demand and massive price increases Virginia Semi is no longer growing Silicon Boules. We purchase the standard boules in bulk. With our crystal expertise, we are still able to obtain almost all orientations.
